Dinner @ Sage


So I finally went to Sage, and thanks to my princess pinkie. She celebrated my birthday for me and the dinner was simply goooooddd…. Like I say, picture paints a thousand words…

We had the 6 course degustation.

As usual my fav was the Foie Gras.


Pan-seared duck foie gras on pear and walnut chutney,Muscat poached fig with spiced port wine glaze

... and finally I get to have a taste of "black pig"... simply melt in your mouth!
