My dressing....
Had lunch with Francis just now... that was nice seeing him for a while :)

(NOTE: I was wearing a Burberry blouse with a white Mango pants and sharp heels)
Look, let me clarify and get this straight for everyone....
1) we are in a manufacturing company.
2) we are situated in some industrial estate,
3) Everyone in my office dresses casual. Even my boss wears a polo T on Monday, sometimes everyday. Even my big boss does that. A lot of the girls wears jeans and sandals to work.... (and I'm wearing a pair of heels and I just dun understand why he say it doesn't go... ?! I think baby's fashion sense is very traditional).
3) we have no need to meet anyone - NO one, and no customer will EVER drop by our office (the only people we do see is the auntie who cleans the toilet, the construction guys who works next door and sometimes they walk ard semi naked, the FEDEX / DHL guys who collects mails for us, postman, and some sales man that comes knocking the door... etc).
4) It's not a culture even in the company to dress very formally. Esp in the factory side, no one wears a tie everyday not even my directors or MD. If ever one day someone wears a tie to work, that person will be classified as weird. oh the only people who wears a tie is our suppliers when they come for meeting.
5) for gals, it's a norm to wear blouse and it's a norm to be without collar!!! Most of the gals blouse or tops do not have a collar anywaz...
